We are pleased to have you as a new patient and hope this letter will enable you to become familiar with our procedures.
Free Exam and Consultation
The initial appointment is a clinical examination to determine your orthodontic needs. We will advise you of any problem and the necessary corrective treatment. If treatment is indicated, after the exam and at your request, records will be taken to enable the Doctor to study the problems and determine the corrective procedures. We will take impressions for upper and lower study models, facial and oral photographs, cephalometric head x-ray, panographic and temporomandibular joint (TMJ) radiographs. The fee for the records is $250 which is due at this time. Our office accepts Care Credit, Visa and MasterCard.
If records are taken at this appointment and time permits, the consultation appointment may be done at this time. We will discuss the specific problem as well as our plan of treatment. The fee for the entire treatment, its anticipated length and financial arrangements will be discussed.
Our Appointments
We will make every effort in scheduling your appointments at your convenience; however, it will be necessary for you to make some appointments during school hours. Arrangements should be made with your teacher to make up school work prior to our appointments. We will provide school excuse slips when requested. We would appreciate it if you could arrive for your appointments a few minutes prior to the scheduled time. If for some reason you will be running late or cannot make the appointment please notify us so that you can be rescheduled. Because we have a specific time reserved for your appointment it is very important that you be on time!
